Is rese Jones on kdka news at 11 high

Watching the news tonight, and it just sounds like rese is stoned while giving news, and then he leans forward to talk, stops, laughs and comments about his action w the film staff laughing in the background. Doing the news is very depressing anymore, but just don't want the guy to lose his job for how he is sounding tonight.

I don’t know about him being high, but I don’t care for his longer hairstyle. I just think he looked nicer with it short.
