Start with I think Turkey Devonshire is woefully underrated whenever people talk about local dishes. It's simple so if every part of it isn't good, it falls on it's face.

Rockwell's Red Lion in Elizabeth does a real good one.

Union Grill seems known for it, but I've never been.

Any other suggestions?

Union Grill as you said has good TD. That place in general is pretty great. Pot roast is fire. Burgers are big.

I haven't had it in years but I remember Armstrong's being really good.

Union Grill is the only place I've ever had it. It was good, and very filling, but I don't have anywhere else to compare it to.

For the hundredth time, we're not going to go to cousin Glen's turkey farm in Devonshire. I get that him and Lisa are on the outs but like...

The "kill your own gobbler" concept just doesn't appeal to most people. He gonna make me smoke my own bacon too?

I think he should have stuck with his original idea to resurrect Papan's Family Restaurants in that old Pizza Hut in Bethel Park.

Union Grill is not just known for it, but their execution is consistently perfect. I have had that sandwich anywhere I could get it, including many home made, and their version is as good as it gets. Every time.
