He was a little gruff, but very helpful! I’m thankful he was available because so many places just weren’t taking anymore on.

Thank you for the recommendation!!! Vince valved off my kitchen and will be back Thursday to work on the burst pipe. Gruff but fair is what I would definitely call the man. Good conversation while working. Will definitely be hiring him again for my plumbing needs
