I know the ones near Oakland and Squirrel Hill have been open previous Christmases. Sichuan Gourmet and Everyday Noodles are probably open. New China Inn is closed.

Pretty much all of them in Squirrel Hill. With a high jewish population, it's one of their busiest days. Hokkaido has crab legs rn (I'm a reform jew, so I don't eat kosher lol)!
