and I'm not talking about j walking. Almost everyday, I drive to work, passing through Homewood/East Hills, and there's usually at least 1 person just casually walking down the street and not the sidewalk. Sometimes, someone will literally be walking the yellow lines. Why is this? There's literally sidewalks everywhere? I have seen this in several other neighborhoods as well
