If you're a AAA member it's a cinch at the East Liberty location. Just make sure you've got the title and PA insurance cards. Regardless, recommend you book an appointment for a PA inspection as soon as you have a plan to re-register (believe you have 10 days after the new tags).

You don't have to be a AAA member and I have always found them to be helpful, if a little slow. You do need to have allt be required documents.

Also not every notary will do complicated transfers or some might not do autos at all. Make sure you ask if they've done what you're asking them. I was trying to use local but eventually went to AAA when they said they weren't too confident in how to proceed.

For the love of God don't waste your time with this shit hole. The people there are so unhelpful and disinterested, and it has to be the slowest place I've ever waited for service.
