Opinions on potential rent: is 4500 before utilities too much for new construction, 3b 1.5ba, 1 car garage, quiet st in great neighborhood (central Lawrenceville) too much? What is your estimate on utilities (heat and electricity) for such a size? New to town here, would love your input.
