For example, in 2010 I got to witness 79.1 inches, I’m not talking about average stuff I’m talking about the significant ones I was able to witness

Oh I remember 2010 too. But before that, we hadn’t had snow like that since 1993. If you look at the historical snowfall, the past few years haven’t been significantly less than what has happened since the 1800s.
I just think the whole “winter isn’t how it used to be” is hyperbole. Winter hasn’t changed all that much in 200 years here.
