In all my years I don't think I ever entered this Shell location. I remember seeing the Nation Of Islam guys do their spiel here and were eventually displaced by incoming bums.

That spot is a four-point intersection where Upper South Providence, Elmwood and the West End technically meet. It's not exactly in the West End.

It would be insanely stupid to extrapolate two months of data into more meaning than decades of downward trending crime statistics. Another guy posted actual stats the other day, I suggest you unblock him and check them out.

Like I said, take a better look. Those stats are manipulated by including sexual assaults and robberies - which have been way down.

Shootings and stabbings are the issue.
