This isn't exclusive to Providence. It goes on in many cities, I think. Boston and Philly definitely.

I know, just saw a similar post in the Boston sub as well. So many aspects of cities in general that I love, but shit like this does come with the territory. I'm moving to a more suburban area of RI after 5 years here.

There's a documentary called 12 O'clock Boys about the ATV culture in Baltimore. It was the first place I heard about it and then sure enough next summer Prov was swarming with them.
