Another option is the UPS store on Parsonage (probably other locations/services too) - it's $20 a month for a mailbox and you can receive packages there. When you pay for a year or 2 years up front you get a couple extra months free.

I doubt that is a rental, when looking at the video you can clearly see that it's a busted up Subaru. White bumper in the back and a black primed bumper on the front.
