a can of condensed milk, evaporated milk, and regular milk, a pound cake, and some whipped cream. mix the milks together, stab the pound cake and soak the cake in the milks. top with cream.

I like the Wholefoods one. It does the job. The best I have had was at Los Andes rest. And of course the best of the best I had in Dominican Republic

Maya Bakery. Not gourmet, but they make a great tres leches cake. Tough to order if you don't speak Spanish.
