Yeah, I saw that, that building was something that gave the area its vibe. Very sad.

It’s on the same block as buildings with plastic siding and 1970s concrete buildings. Not sure that one building made an entire street. Their building was a disaster in complete disarray. Sure, it would have been nice to keep but everyone wants to “save historic buildings” but no one wants to pay for it.

Counterpoint it's still a hole in the ground so maybe a better developer and plan was in order.
