Or maybe consider a burb like Cumberland where you can get to the Stoughton line pretty easily?

No, houses in Cumberland should not cost 700k and it's all the Boston commuters that have made it that much as it is

Cumberland prices are out of control due to low inventory. My house I bought for 450k in 2016 is now valued at 800k+
