Hey folks! I'm a dude and I've been growing my hair out longer recently, and was looking for a place to have it cleaned up and possibly styled a bit. Until now I've been going to a men's barbershop for a fade/short on the top, and my barber does an awesome job, but now that it's longer I'm looking for somewhere that specializes more in that.

My hair type (as far is curly/waviness) is really similar to this: https://i.imgur.com/uNxiE95.jpg (if only I had the jaw line 💀💀) and the length is almost the same too, but my hair is just more of a mop and messy lol. Feel like it just needs to be cleaned up or something.

Does anyone know of a salon or barber that will do men's hair like this? Open to any suggestions! Thanks.

Check out Aruverde for Rosebud Salon, not only do they do a great job with cut and styling but they educated me on how to take care of my curls. I have shoulder length hair and it was a revelation!

Go see Carla at Christiaan on Benefit Street. She's awesome and does do men's cuts.

I have short-medium length hair and think Shane at vís-a-vís does a great job with men’s cuts. His hair is similar to the photo you shared so he could be a good option.

Jessica or Matt at Ky Michael’s Salon on Wickenden are both great. I’m a guy with medium length hair and they both know how to work with it. Also, always have a great convo with both.
