Honestly I'm going to look into the collagen thing, lately I've been more into learning about 5-amino-1mq, BCP157 and TB500, speaking of peptides, specifically for the muscle and tendon repairing abilities as well as the host of other things beneficial that comes from them. Seems like a good start for us all.
