Unless things have changed since I was in my early 20s, anything walking distance from a college dorm is a safe bet. (Thayer St, Bridge St, whatever is near JWU & PC - I lived on the east side 🤷🏻‍♂️)

Warwick is prob the most miserable part of Rhode Island. Everyone there seems to either hate Providence or hate Rhode Island but they won't move.

Not a bar but I had a lot of luck meeting people through 21+ social sports leagues when I moved back. I’m not athletic by any means but there’s some leagues around here (I personally did dodgeball and kickball with MySocialSports) that place more of an emphasis on the socialization aspect.

Depends on your scene. There's your usual college hot spots like the Black Sheep or the Abbey
