I have 3-5 times a week since august when the application was approved for the gas connection. I even wrote a letter of non financial hardship to explain the urgency with a newborn on the way. There is ZERO transparency in the company or information as to when they will dig the line. If I don’t call and basically beg for a dig date they just leave me on read. They’ve given me two dates both have long come and gone. Still no gas line.
