Anywhere it’s legal to smoke a cigarette, it’s legal to smoke a joint. Just spark up outside if they have seating. I smoke all over the place in a respectful manner and it’s been years since anyone has had anything to say about it.

I think there is still a cannabis club in Charlestown, probably still one in providence too but not on the up and up with it anymore

I’m not sure, but I remember both places were very low key, cause it exists in a grey area but it being a friends of friends type of deal, a place for people to sample and “network”
