I hate to inform you of this, Durks is only open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Monday through Friday they open at 4:00 p.m.

Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood in Warwick offers a $45.99 all you can eat on Mon - Thu all day , only caveat is a 90 min time limit.
Currently the best meal deal I've seen is large pizza 5 toppings for $9.99 at Dominos but not every location so you gotta call and check. The one that offers this is North Main St Providence.

Massimo does $22 "Presto!" 3-course meals, 11:30am - 3:00pm, Mon-Fri (this is a go-to for us whenever family comes to visit)
At India, you can get 20% off dinner checks at the bar every night besides Friday & Saturday
Edit: Not sure if India actually does that anymore - I can't find anything about it on their website
