Hi. I have a one bedroom available in Pawtucket for December 1st. Heat and hot water, off street parking, washer and dryer in the basement. Would like $950.00. Neighborhood is mixed ethnicities, lots of queer folks, and pretty nice.

Walking distance to Wild Flour, open air farmers market, 3 sisters, rasoi, Antonio’s pizza, and India.

I'm in Oak Hill currently, on the west side of East Ave., but the other folks in my house suck and I would consider a relocation if the place was right.

It’s the second floor. It’s got a living room, bedroom, eat in kitchen, bath, 2 closets. I think it’s like 600+ sqft . You’d think I’d know this. :/

Edit: Small yard, but if you need green space you can use my house. :)

Dude, me neither. I’ll post to Facebook and Craigslist.

Edit: I’m not charging more because I can afford the mortgage, housing costs suck here, and I’m not the guy gentrifying the neighborhood.
