Bubbie's deli & market have bagels on Fridays and Sundays. Also, their Reuben sandwich is top notch. The place is fully kosher.

I actually really miss Rebelle. By far the best bagels in RI. I moved out of Providence right around the time that all of the drama started going down there. Bagel Ole and Providence Bagel are both good, but really not in the same ballpark as Rebelle.

Providence Bagel is real good. Coffee is decent too. Café International is good if you make it as far as Cranston. If you're looking for something besides bagels, PVD Donuts never disappoints, but always order ahead.

Bagel Gourmet is my favorite, they also have good breakfast sandwiches. If you want more variety then Providence Bagel.

Travel via New Jersey and get them there. Or Brooklyn, but Jersey is easier.

Sorry I don't have a better answer.

Bagel Gourmet is fine.

Krazy Korner is as close as I've seen to NY bagels, but they're 20mins away in Seekonk.

I’d probably go with Providence Bagel or Rebelle. The quality at Providence Bagel is a bit inconsistent imo, and Rebelle is always going through some sort of change (definitely check their website on store hours, you may need to order online a day or two ahead). I’m on Rebelle’s mailing list and their instructions on how/when to order and the store hours are never less than 4-5 paragraphs long, so I just don’t bother.

PVD Bagels has bigger/softer bagels. Rebelle’s are smaller/chewier. Both have good homemade spread options. Someone else here mentioned Such a Bagel in Smithfield, I grew up there and loved that place. Haven’t been in years but it’s still alive and kicking.

There are good bagels but no excellent bagels.

Providence bagel is my favorite but they are too damn big. I guess because they profit most from lunch-sized sandwiches. Too bad the sandwich fillings are mediocre. Coffee is good though.

Bagel Gourmet is the only place I get bagels in Providence. I became super picky after living in NYC and these bagels are the only ones that come close. I wanted to love Bubbies but they are an oversized white bread bland type of bagel- meh. Providence bagels have also been a similar disappointment.

If you’re near the train station the cafe there has good bagels. They go pretty fast though
