Still needs less parking! Or at least underground if they're going to have it. Parking garages are not pleasant at street level and really deaden the sidewalk life

If underground, it could also serve as a catch basin for flood waters since that area is not far above sea level.

Definitely a cleaner design, and less height on the parking garage which will help with scale along Dyer St. I like it.
