If you haven't tried it before, highly recommend Thai massage. It's like massage+yoga and really helps with injury. I have shoulder and lower back issues, this helps so much. Thai Tranquility in Richmond Square is great. They're licensed here with Western methods, but also trained in Thailand. https://www.thaitranquility.com/

I've never used a massage therapist, but I'm sure a physical therapy office has massage therapists that they refer clients to. Maybe they could help you
