I got flashed by the camera on blackstone going 5 over recently. I haven’t received anything, but is it a guaranteed speeding ticket?

Same thing happened to me and I got tickets in the mail a few weeks later. But I believe there is a 10mph grace limit but I could be wrong/they could have changed it.

Did it flash on you and not the next person? It comes in the email sometimes up to a month later.
