Kids are at after care and sports until 530 so people and kids are still leaving the building until close to 6 hence the timing.

There's a lot fewer of them and other places kids congregate after school don't have reduced speeds

So because there’s only a “few” of them you can speed by them when it’s even darker out? Nice attitude. Also the school near us 80% of the kids are there after school anyway.

The whole logic of having a school zone speed limits because there's a lot of kids so Yeah if there's less kids there's less risk of them running out in the street .
