Whichever one has stuffed crust is what I want

Pretty sure a chain pizza place is your best bet for stuffed crust. Or make your own!

Deep dish pizza is a gimmick pizza and a terrible one at that. I'm with our stuffed crust friend here. Free mozzarella sticks with every pie. It's fucking amazing!

Silcila’s isn’t necessarily stuffed crust but will fill that hole in your heart. With cheese.

RI has a very rich - Real Italian Pizza set of rules - -
But there are still lots of wonderful varieties to try ..
and we have Calamari too

As a transplant from the New Haven, CT area, I can assure you they don't go by the "real Italian pizza" rules up here. Maybe in Warwick at Frank Pepe's..

Edit:
Real Rhode Island Italian Pizza Rules. .
(This also includes Greek Copied Versions thereof)
Federal Hill has influenced the evolution of RI 's present day MIRACLE culinary culture

I believe Pizza Hut has trademarked(or whatever) stuffed crust pizzas, so places could be taking a risk by selling their own version of it.

Recipes can't be patented or copyrighted. That's why places like KFC and coke make sure they keep their recipes secret. Lots of other places have stuff crust like little Caesars and papjohns and supermarket brands like digornio.
TheGreyVicinity OP t1_j3gzfko wrote
I don’t think so, Dominoes and mom & pop’s pizza shops have it in Texas!
GotenRocko t1_j3io5rt wrote
That's interesting, only places that have it around here are chains, papa John's, little Caesars and pizza hut. I can't recall ever seeing it in a mom and pop place.

It might be, way the heck out in Greene or Foster.

Instead of getting the crust stuffed, fold the pizza slice in half horizontally once you get about an inch away from the crust. Then it turns into stuffed crust pizza.
logicalsuicidee t1_j5hl3q0 wrote
But I eat the crust first!

Alot of people hating on you like providence pizza is great. Overrrrrrrated. Doesn't hold a candle to New Haven.

To give you context, when I moved to Rhode Island, I was shocked to find that a lot of pizza places didn’t give you cheese on your pizza if you didn’t ask for it. For real.
