Columbus Theater vax rules?

I’m going to see a show at Columbus theater in 2 weeks. I’m coming from another state. I had lost my vaccination card because I had my wallet stolen 2 months ago. Haven’t been to a concert/show since 2018 so idk exactly how the restrictions work. I spent a lot of money so I don’t want to be turned away. Does anybody know if they will accept a printed list of all my vaccines including my covid-19 printed from an official website that has all that info? Or am I just SOL? Also how many of the vaccinations should I already have in order to be let in?

I don't even know where my vax card is anymore, and it hasn't mattered for some time now.

If you got in RI you can download the 401 health app (or something like that) and your Vaccine record is in there and you can add it to your Apple wallet if you have an iPhone

Last I knew they were accepting if you could pull up the vax record on your phone, no idea what the current shots need to be

I would email them info@columbustheatre.com When you look on their website and fb real quick I didn’t see them talk about the vax card needed
