Or is there a recreational team for people in there 20s/30s?

Isn't Super Fun Activities club indoor on like a basketball court? Imo the fields at teamworks are way better for playing soccer inside.

Kind of a haul, but Wide world of Sports up in Smithfield has recreational leagues.

Not soccer, but theProvidence Hurling Club always welcomes new members. They are starting up the season soon. You can feel free to check it out, they’ll provide equipment to see if you like it.

There are a bunch of pick up groups that play outside for fun when the weather is nice. They've all moved indoors now, which is also fun but not free.
I prefer playing indoor on turf, places like Wide World of Indoor Sports, Teamworks, etc.

there are pickup games in merino and gano st park. might be others elsewhere. speaking spanish is probably useful if you want to play :)
