For a divey old school tiki bar experience there's the Mon Kou on Rte. 1 in South Attleboro just across the state line in MA.

Diego’s actually has some decent tiki options. East End has the ingredients and one how to mail just about whatever you want.

The Hurricane at the Royal Bobcat is very good, but the Royal Hawaiian - that drink is a Tiki glass short of perfection. Good spot.
The Mon Kou is a great suggestion. I've been meaning to stop in at the Scurvy Dog for a Scorpion Bowl for a while now, but as its supposed to be a Monday only special I haven't made it there yet.
