Seeking Office Space for Private Therapy Practice

Hello! I'm helping a friend who is looking for a new office for her private therapy practice. She's a one-person operation, so she only needs an individual office, but we're having a hard time finding listings that aren't leasing entire floors/buildings. Does anyone know of any leads in the Providence area? Or have suggestions for where to search? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or ideas!

See if there are any churches available with rental space. I know a few private practicing therapists that utilize those spaces

A lot of therapists have single offices at Richmond Square on the East Side.

the CIC building has coworking space. Its $300/mo for the cheapest membership and goes up from there. Its a wicked good deal based on the fringe benefits you get as a member there. Deff worth looking into. Source: I have a friend who is a lawyer who practices out of space there.
