I’m looking to understand if people who’ve lost either of their parents go through the same thing. I find myself being very anxious/on edge around the time of his death anniversary which is in March and this usually lasts several weeks, sometimes months. I lost my father when I was 22 and have carried this loss with me. I feel a lot more like myself/more grounded after the date has passed. While I am in therapy trying to work through this, I’m still struggling. Any advice on this would be great

Keep up the therapy and talk with them more about this.
