I (f22) want to take a break from my relationship with my boyfriend (m22)

Since a couple weeks I feel that I’m questioning the relationship. We don’t talk much like before on the phone and only talk when we meet, that’s 1/2 a week. I keep having bad dreams and I feel jealous and mad all the time, even tho there is no reason to be that. He is just spending time with friends and that’s good, it’s just that I don’t make friends easily and feel jealous that he has that. I don’t know what to do.
