She’s going to cheat or break up with you for him bro. Just leave her alone

Would be a deal breaker for me..

Especially the whole "Ahh, he is a newsreporter, I need to know what is going on at home" - so.. The only one who can tell you about what's happening at home is your ex? :P nonsense.

I would wish her the absolute best, but that this isn't the relationship dynamic you're seeking.

  • She's not only still talking to her ex- she's comparing you to him (he just "knows her better")
  • He's the only person in her hometown that can give her updates- like really? It's either a small town and she wants updates on the cows, or who does she want updates on that she can't pick up the phone and call directly- or connect with on Facebook? If she really wanted to talk to old friends she'd talk to the old friends.
  • You guys started dating pretty quickly after she broke up with this guy- people need a bit of time for this type of back and forth before they get into new relationships and it doesn't sound like that happened.

Yep 3 months is too soon to try to be friends with an ex. Her feelings for him are too fresh. Also, why you decided to put yourself in this situation? You are obviously the rebound guy.

Her not loving him doesn't mean that she was over with him. She didn't give herself time to heal herself. And got into a relationship with you too soon when she was obviously not ready. It was really selfish of her to accept a relationship with you when she is still stuck on an ex. I'm guessing you don't really have much relationship experience. So take this as a lesson and don't do this to yourself again. End the relationship. Not just for you but for her too. She needs time to figure out her problems or she might just find another rebound guy.

It's been three months after her break up with him, she's going back. It's pretty apparent you were just a rebound here to make her ex jealous

3 months relationship is not long

Considering the past with ex, it is necessary to leave
