Edit: Sorry about my poor English and typo, I meant to say should I ask her to be in a relationship with me or something like go out with me, if possible I'd want to know what should my approach be?

Hi I’m 24, I am interested in a girl I met online she's 20, I have never been in a relationship. We seem to have mutual interests.

One day I asked if our conversations are platonic in which she replied she doesn't know and also give me few hints of liking me. I’m pretty sure she's also pretty interested.

So the issue she lives very far but her dad might transfer soon. She is planning to visit my city in December so I set a date for her. My question is, should I ask her to be in a relationship with me or wait?

you should definitley wait.

I'd be freaked out if someone said they were in love with me when we had only talked online

No. Slow down. You probably don’t actually love her yet anyway. How could you love someone you’ve never actually met? That’s a red flag on you.

go out on a date? yes, you can do that on first meet. How else are you going to get to know someone?

But don't ask them to be in a relationship when you haven't even met in person yet.

.... why on earth would you do that, the way you typed this out you barely know this girl.

maybe meet her a d hangout at least once, and don't say you love her if you do ask her out man.

hmmmmmmm, it's like this son.

think of it like shooting a hoop, now you meeting this girl is you getting the ball.

you can shoot your shot right now from half court, you might get lucky, you might have the skill to pull it off, or you can run up much closer and shoot almost right under the hoop, after getting to know her, the goal isn't guaranteed but your chances will be much better.
