You can't move into someone's house and immediately make rules. Did you discuss dishes and shoes before you two moved in?

I agree they should silence their phone at night. Clearly it's too much trouble, which I see as a sign they do not care about you. Sleep is vital.

But moving in within two months of dating is such a bad idea. Hopefully you can move back to wherever you came from and start actually dating. Cause what you are doing isn't dating.

You both were obviously brought up very differently. These types of habits don't just happen over night. Infact they are hard to create. Relationships are work. Most of which are choosing your battles and learning how to live with another human who is not you. Sit and think if you can live with this the rest of your life. When they are sick or starting a new job it will get worse. And if you decide to have children all bets are off. If cleanliness is a deal breaker that's ok. Just make sure the next person has similar habits to yours before moving in.

Oh man, your partner doesn’t show you nearly enough respect. Them being small things just shows how much this is their true colors. Even if they’re going through something, they are completely failing their responsibility of behavior. This won’t go away, and if something more serious comes up, you won’t be able to depend on them. I’m sorry you’re going through this

It’s their house though, you can’t expect a complete change in routine right away. And in regards to respect, the op should respect the fact that it is their partner’s house not theirs, and should not demand they bend over backwards to accommodate them in every way possible. It’s a two way street.
