Jesus Christ dude. Your wife had major surgery. Look after her instead of thinking about fucking another girl. It's only a few months. I can't imagine recovering from surgery and have my husband worry the most about this instead.

I’ve been going outside to my shop and cleaning, my main concern is that she’s upset that I’m not touching her like I was. I can control myself to an extent but I feel like my wife is beautiful and anytime I see her nude or even bent over I end up touching her. She loves the attention from me but now that I’m 4 weeks in and it’s getting worse I’m finding myself looking away when she’s changes around me. I’ve explained myself to her but she still seems hurt that I’m not touching her or holding her and anything like that.

You need to communicate with her about where your head is at. She is probably thinking that when you don’t touch her you’re not attracted, when you’re trying to control yourself. Explain clearly that if you begin to touch or feel her you think you can’t control yourself.

You can tell her that you’re doing other things to relieve stress , like cleaning or running.
