We both are in long distance, after meeting about 4 months. When she came back, I saw the notification from that guy. At first she refused he’s not the same guy. But I was doubtful, because of the way she reacted. But later when I checked her phone, I found he was the same guy. The texts were flirty, and it was that she was missing him, wanted to hug him, and telling him “remember that night”. I have no idea what happened that night. When I confronted her, she lied it was nothing and she’s was just playing with him. But when told I read the text, she admitted and that she was sorry. She told she was feeling lonely, and got carried away when he texted him first after a long time. I accepted that time and let it go. But still after a month, I can’t get over it still. We are again in long distance, and I still get worried that is she talking to him again? Am I enough or not.
What should I do, I am scared again if I tell her again in long distance, and she’ll get mad for doubting,
Ps: I love her a lot and she says and shows also (most of times), and it’s not some random temporary thing, we both discuss so much about our future.

You already know the answer. You're just finding it hard to accept it. I'll just say that you should go with your gut. Personally, I'm in an LDR, and I knownI wouldn't continue it if my SO did this.
