I'd tell him to get his shit together and stop being a selfish prick.

I'd also tell him to stop playing with his girlfriend's mental, emotional, and physical health. She deserves to know, so she can go get tested for whatever STDs he is exposing her to.

Tell him that his behaviour is despicable and he needs to come clean with both women. And I would really think about your friendship and whether you want to be a mate to someone who can do that.

I know people on Reddit sometimes have a different opinion but honestly I don’t think it is my place to tell her. I do believe she deserves to know should he decide he wants to be with her (so she can decide, with all the information, if she wants to as well) while if he were to break up with her maybe it would be better for her to never know, i’m not sure.

I'd tell him nothing. I would tell his girlfriend though! He knows what he's doing. And he's not giving her the chance to make an informed decision. He's a dick. She deserves to know.

I personally would tell his GF and not talk to him. He's trying to justify his actions, and his best friend is a h*. There is only one person who is going to get hurt, and that's his girlfriend. NEITHER ONE OF THEM CARE about what they are doing. Do the right thing and tell his girlfriend. Or take her out for a girls night and let her catch him with his bimbo.

I’d say I’m not going to be friends with a despicable person. And wish him well with the rest of his life.
