Yeah we’re not happy about it but so many other places are still charging crazy fees, just not this high. So if we stay we’re at least only out the one time.

I was renting a few years ago and the rent kept going up… I finally had enough and moved elsewhere. But, I get what you’re saying. Housing and what they are charging is way out of control.
