I worked at bookbinders for a few years. They aren't necessarily bad people, but live in a very privileged bubble. Personally I dislike them but that's my own feelings.

Had to check out their IG. They seem to have that social media “our ife is perfect” vibe down to a T. And also Eagles fans so that sucks.
