All For One, Not a big fan of the art style or customer service. The lines form long from college students and can take several hours to get in some days and they don’t answer phones all the time.

You definitely have to be into traditional art, but some of the people that work there are lame and have heard them making fun of clients while they're in to give them $$.

I got a Friday the 13th tattoo there with my best friend and they look completely different, even tho the same design was used, lmao. I guess that’s on me for getting a 13 dollar tattoo but it’s supposed to be Virginia and everyone thinks it’s a piece of pizza hahah.

Also I recently saw a bumper sticker that said “I hate all for one tattoo” and I thought it was really funny but I couldn’t decide if it came from the shop as a joke or some scorned former client made them lol.

I've always felt it was less about the shop and more about the artist. I would always recommend researching the artist thoroughly. I've seen good and bad come out of almost every shop, and sometimes it's just that the artist didn't quite fit with the piece's vision.

Then some people just hop on the Friday 13th tat train and ride it for fun. Guess it's about what you're after and the time, work and cost to get it. Some people have VERY long wait times.

Lucky 13. I really feel like it’s just geared towards the VCU students around who don’t know any better. And it’s cheap. They DO have one or two very good artists but I’m constantly in awe of what they post on their Instagram, it’s so bad.

Anywhere without actual signage or with walls covered in shitty flash sheets.
