Thanks. Am I reading this correctly that this is for TSA precheck only and does not include the interview needed for Global Entry?

you are correct. they are different programs. doing global entry will get you Precheck. but precheck does not get you global entry. Global entry gets you quicker entry into the country. precheck is good for domestic security to get into the terminal.

I had to drive to the Norfolk airport this past week for the Global Entry interview. There was nothing in Richmond, or even Dulles when I looked for appointments.
