I mean,if someone has time to be worried enough to post about wanting someone ticketed for noise IN A CITY, then they must not have too many real worries.

Spent the last week both sick and at the hospital because a family member was bleeding from the brain so I guess it was more of hoping for karma due to a general lack of sleep
