I hope this sweet heart gets picked up soon. But I do think keeping her is your best bet for you and her. She’ll give you love and comfort while you a transition to your new life and you can provide her with the stability that she will need. I worry if that she goes to a shelter they will put her down.

I can’t take her personally as I already have an indoor cat and a dog but I have asked my friends around so I will dm if they are interested.

My parents got an aggressive dog last year and aren't training it properly, it attacked their inside cat once already, a neighbors dog, and knocked over a biker. My things are in storage and I'm traveling/living out of my car, and she can't stay at my previous residence with my old roommates

Oof, sounds like they need to train the dog or give it to someone who will.
