Anyone else use CityParking for their monthly parking garage?

They just raised the rates on me, again. Started at $65 in Sep. 2022 then raised to $120 in December 2022 and now $135 in May 2023.

These people have a monopoly on parking and are gouging rates like it’s no one’s business. Anyone else as pissed as me?

Land downtown is valuable, parking is a low value use of land. My guess is this is the least you’ll ever pay.

I park at the expressway garage and only pay $115 a month. It's at the corner of 9th and Canal.
