Yeah, I've done so much back and forth arguing I am sick of it. I gave in at what I got. To be fair we have a 3 BR 1 BA in South RVA for under 1500 which right now isn't terrible.

The thing is, we’re gonna renew no matter what because we only just moved in last summer and neither of us wanna move again. And we genuinely love our house. But I’ll be damned if I don’t put up a little fight you know?
