Hi all! My groomer just moved to Pet Paradise on Williamsburg Rd. and I’m wondering if anyone has sent their dog for boarding or “day camp” there? There aren’t any reviews on yelp. I usually like to combine grooming with a day of day care, but Pet Paradise’s rates are much higher than other boarders I’ve used in the past and I don’t know anyone who’s sent their dog there before. (I’ve used Dog Services and Pets at Play before and thought they were great, if it helps to give a reference point?) Thanks!

Yes! I have. My dog (who I rescued in August) LOVES it there. When we start even heading in that direction he gets so excited. I've always had a great experience. You can watch your dog in the cameras they have and it's cool to see him play with the other pets. The staff has always been extremely friendly, and their app makes things really convenient. I called to schedule my first "Family Day" which is basically a day of free Day Camp. Strongly recommend!!

Thanks for this! I think I will schedule the free day to check it out.

We take our little stinky man there for day camp once a week and he absolutely loves it. He gets super excited when we pull up and even more so when we walk in. Like someone else said, you can watch them play on the online cameras if you need some peace of mind. We’ve also boarded with them and that’s been great. He always comes very happy and very tired.

Little stinky man! I’ve never boarded at a place with cameras before—not sure how I’d manage to get any work done.

This place is absolutely wonderful for our pups. We bring our two dogs there once or twice a week and also get them groomed there. They are so excited when we get there and tuckered out when we get them home.

If you look at google reviews, the day camp seems solid, but the grooming does not, but since Angela is going out there, maybe she can straight out their grooming.

Yep, Angela is the groomer I’m following there! I have a doodle and she’s been really wonderful with her.

Was Angela from Stonehenge?

I found her at Pets at Play in church hill—not sure if she was working elsewhere as well.

Gotcha. I had an Angela doing my goldendoodle until his arthritis got too bad and he couldn’t stand for her to work. Was gonna say, our angela did great work!
