I have an roughly 1800 square foot home and I was wondering what other people in the Richmond area pay for a cleaner. Would be more maintenance (cleaning counters, stove, floors, bathrooms). Stuff that takes my wife and I like 1-3 hours max. We generally keep a tidy home so usually is more of an hour to 2 max.
This is what we pay as well. Same size house. 3 bed 3 bath.
Wow, I’ve got a good deal then. $140 every other week and my house is a little bigger at 2100 sqft. They do a great job too, well worth the money

Update: just confirmed a local cleaner that my neighbor has used for years and she’ll clean our house for $120 every two weeks.
Can you provide contact info for the cleaner? That’s about what we’re looking to pay!

$140, 3500 sq ft once a month or so for surface level stuff, takes her about 4 hours, in Hanover
Mind sharing? That’s what we were quoted for twice a month, $220ish monthly, in Hanover.
220 for twice a month is a great deal unless you mean 220 per cleaning and doing a cleaning twice a month
It was $150, per cleaning, for twice a month. Or, $220 for one cleaning, once a month. Paid $350 for a first deep clean, which wasn’t too impressive, but they did a good job. I didn’t continue with either of the other options.
We pay $160 every other week. 1700 square feet and only one person comes.
