The new Lotte will probably have some products ..I usually go to the Face Shop I’m Annandale or when I’m in NYC ..

There's a Lotte in my parents' town, there really aren't skin products there.

I actually just looked at the Lotte in Annandale and it looks like it has a skin care section, I’ll be up there in two weeks and will check it out!

I could be speaking out of my butt here, but where my parents live there really isn't much of an East Asian community - primarily Desi, Latin, and some Middle Eastern. Maybe in places with more East Asian communities they change the sections to have more relevant products?

For sure, I think it depends plus like H mart some are bigger than others..
